Our association was formed in order to protect cultural heritage all over the world, both in times of peace, during and aftermath of conflict with the colloboration of national and international universities,-NGOs-public-local-civic and private instutions in 2006 İstanbul/TURKEY.
It is the volunteer, non-profit making and non-governmental Association.
FOCUH became new “Member Organization” of Pan-European Federation for Cultural Heritage (EUROPA NOSTRA), The Hague, The Netherlands since May, 18, 2006. http://www.europanostra.org
